M7 traffic: Truck driver killed in fiery crash, causing major delays in Cecil Hills
A truck driver has died following a fiery crash on a busy western Sydney motorway in the early hours of Monday morning.
Emergency services rushed to the M7 Motorway near Elizabeth Drive in Cecil Hills around 12.30am after receiving reports that a truck crashed into a barrier, causing it to erupt into flames and roll.
Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze and the body of the driver was located in the vehicle.

All southbound lanes of the M7 motorway between Elizabeth Drive and Cowpasture Road are closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
