Police are investigating a man’s death after a body was found at a Gold Coast storage facility on Tuesday morning.

The body was found at the Kennards Self Storage business on Olympic Cct in Southport at about 4am on Tuesday.

After initial inquiries, police have identified the body as that of a 37-year-old man.

Police said the death is being treated as “non-suspicious”.

A crime scene has been established and a post-mortem will be carried out to determine the cause of death.
