It is understood Mr Wood, 46, was staying at the beachfront resort on Hastings Street with his wife Snezana, their three young daughters and his 21-year-old stepdaughter Eve.
Mr Wood is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and strangulation in a domestic setting.
Despite re-sharing the telling clip, the 21-year-old influencer has made no public statement about her family’s ordeal.
Mr Wood married Ms Markoski-Wood’s mother, Snezana Markoski, three years after they met on The Bachelor Australia in 2015 and share three children Willow, Charlie, and Harper — all under 10.
On Thursday, the celebrity fitness guru and reality star was denied bail.
Mr Wood appeared in court via video link from a cell while his lawyer Mathew Cuskelly and father Andrew were spotted walking to the court house together shortly after 1pm local time.

His wife, Snezana, was not in court for the hearing.
Mr Cuskelly told a packed courtroom that his client would be considering a self-defence argument if the matter went to trial.
He further argued that if his client were to be granted bail, Mr Wood planned to return to Melbourne to seek mental health treatment, having been “diagnosed with severe depression” by a forensic psychologist while behind bars.
