Man suffers life-threatening back injury in parachuting incident on the Sunshine Coast
A man is fighting for life after a horrific parachuting incident on the Sunshine Coast.
The man, believed to be in his 50s, was parachuting off King’s Beach when he hit a tree and fell approximately 6m, near Spender Lane, about 12.40pm on Friday.
Critical care paramedics treated the man for a life-threatening back injury before he was rushed to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
