Mother charged over crash that killed two and injured her own toddler in Caboolture
A 26-year-old woman has been charged over a car crash which killed two women and seriously injured her young son.
The woman’s Hyundai i20 and a Coles delivery truck collided at an intersection in Caboolture, about a 50-minute drive north of Brisbane, about 6.30pm on April 6.

The car collided with a Fuso Canter truck which was turning onto Bellemere Rd.
CCTV footage from a home on King St showed a vehicle moving at speed seconds before the impact.
Two passengers in the Hyundai, a 35-year-old woman and a 50-year-old woman from Caboolture, died at the scene.
A one-year-old boy in the backseat of the Hyundai was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The 26-year-old woman suffered minor injuries while the truck driver was uninjured.

Police also allege the Hyundai driver was driving while intoxicated.
She has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death while under the influence of a substance and speeding, one count of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm while under the influence of a substance and speeding, and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
She is due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on June 17.
