Sikh temple destroyed by massive blaze in Adelaide
The temple is well known by locals for handing out hundreds of free meals every day.
A huge fire has engulfed a Sikh temple — resulting in explosions and huge flames and causing the building to collapse.
Around 60 firefighters from the MFS and CFS worked to tackle the flames at the Gurudwara Dashmesh Dabar temple in Virginia, in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs, after the blaze broke out around 10pm on Sunday.

A smoke warning has been issued for Virginia Township, Old Port Wakefield Rd, Sheedy Rd, Port Wakefield Hwy, Juniper Boulevard, Penfield Rd in Virginia.
It took hours to bring the blaze under control but firefights say they prevented the blaze from spreading to neighbouring properties.
Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire.
