Melbourne police resume search for missing man after Mornington boat capsize
A desperate search for a man in his 20s, who is missing at sea after his boat capsized off the coast of southeast Melbourne, has resumed.
Victoria Police, life savers and the coast guard are back out searching again on Saturday near Mornington Pier.
The alarm was raised about 11.15pm on Friday and police believe the boat capsized about 1km offshore.

“One man was rescued by another boat,” a Victoria Police spokesperson said.
“He was assessed by paramedics and was not seriously injured.
“The second male occupant, believed to be in his 20s, is outstanding.”
Water police, helicopter and uniformed officers were joined in the immediate search by Life Saving Victoria, the coast guard and a Helicopter Emergency Medical Services crew.
Authorities are again on the scene on Saturday.
The Mornington Pier is 45km south of the Melbourne CBD, and attracts recreational fishers and divers.
The area is popular with photographers and sightseers when storms roll in, as it was on Wednesday, as the pier gets hit with large waves and massive plumes of sea spray.
Conditions were not overly wild on Friday.
Bureau of Meteorology data shows winds peaked 17kmh on Saturday afternoon with 19kmh gusts.
