Three people have been injured after a stabbing at a home in Truganina.

Three people have been injured after a stabbing at a home in Melbourne’s west.

Emergency services were called to a home on Everholme Dr in Truganina about 4.45am on Saturday after reports of a home invasion.

Police said unknown offenders stabbed three men inside the home, including an 18-year-old man and a 24-year-old man, who were both taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A third man was also injured but fled the scene while receiving treatment, according to paramedics.

It is understood the incident happened during a house party.

Police said no arrests have been made, and a crime scene has been established.
