Werrington County home invasion: Teen slashed with machete as Police hunt trio in Sydney’s West

A teenage boy has been hospitalised after a violent home invasion in Sydney’s West, where three attackers forced their way into a Prince Street property armed with a machete.
Police say the incident occurred around 1.30am on Wednesday 23 April 2025, leaving the victim with a slash wound to his left hand.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the teen at the scene before transporting him to Nepean Hospital, where his condition remains unknown.

“Officers have been told the youth had been threatened by three men, one of whom was armed with a machete,” a NSW Police spokesperson said.
“Police are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in a home in Sydney’s west this morning,” urging witnesses to contact Crime Stoppers.
Investigations into the home invasion are ongoing, with no arrests made as of Wednesday morning.
