A victim said the animals even ‘attacked’ an Uber driver’s car that stopped to help.

A mother is among two people attacked by a pair of off-leash dogs at a park in Perth’s north, with the frenzy only stopped when an Uber driver stopped to help.

“One came down to my leg and one grabbed my groin. I fell and I was yelling out for help, screaming and this car just went straight past me,” Mato told 7NEWS.

The rideshare driver did stop and Mato was able to make it inside the vehicle, but the animals were undeterred and began “attacking” the car.

“I don’t know where they went after that,” Mato said.

Another woman in her 20s was taken to Joondalup Health Campus for treatment for multiple dog bites and is in a stable condition.

A witness told 7NEWS they heard screams for help.

“All I heard was people yelling and screaming and dogs barking ... it just sounded really bad,” local Jennie said.

The dogs are yet to be seized and the City of Wanneroo said it is investigating and will use all relevant evidence to determine the next step.
