WiseTech Global is seeking to extend its relationship with key customer DSV Global of Denmark.

WiseTech Global has moved to hose down concerns its largest customer will quit its flagship Cargowise platform, saying talks are underway to extend their business relationship.

While dealing with the latest scandals embroiling its billionaire co-founder Richard White, the embattled freight software company was also recently rocked by news that transport and logistics firm DSV Global would migrate to its own in-house solution to manage freight forwarding.

WiseTech issued a “clarification” to the Australian stock exchange on Friday, saying chief executive Zubin Appoo had met with his counterpart at DSV in Denmark, Jens Lund.

“I reiterated that we deeply value our long-standing relationship and with DSV and remain committed to supporting its business and identifying additional opportunities to deliver additional value over time,” Mr Appoo said.

WiseTech said their existing contract ran until September 2028 and talks about further collaboration beyond this date continued.
