Freddie Mercury’s alleged secret daughter is doubling down on her explosive claims, taking a DNA test to prove the Queen icon is her father.

According to bombshell allegations in a new book, Love, Freddie — a woman was born in 1976 following a fling between the rock legend and a close friend’s wife.

The author of the biography, Lesley-Ann Jones, insists that the woman, known as “B”, is telling the truth.

“To those demanding to see proof of a DNA test, otherwise they won’t believe it —please rest assured that the requisite verification was obtained, legal teams have been involved, but that such measures are private & not shared publicly,” Ms Jones wrote on X.

According to The Sun, the woman claims she was raised by another family but always knew Mercury as her father. She says the singer visited her regularly until his death in 1991.

The secret was reportedly guarded with utmost secrecy, known only to the members of Queen, Freddie’s closest family, and his lifelong confidante, Mary Austin.

It was a truth buried deep within their inner circle for decades.

The Sun obtained extracts from a handwritten letter written by the now 48-year-old woman.

“Freddie Mercury was and is my father,” she revealed.

“We had a very close and loving relationship from the moment I was born and throughout the final 15 years of his life,

“He adored me and was devoted to me,” she added.

“The circumstances of my birth may seem, by most people’s standards, unusual and even outrageous. That should come as no surprise. It never detracted from his commitment to love and look after me. He cherished me like a treasured possession.”

The woman now lives in Europe with children of her own, working as a medical professional.

Even Jones initially harboured doubts about the explosive revelations, but after working with “B” for several years, she’s now certain the woman isn’t a delusional storyteller or attention-seeking fabricator.

“My instinct was to doubt everything, but I am absolutely sure she is not a fantasist,” she told the Daily Mail.

“His only child was conceived accidentally with the wife of one of his closest friends, while his friend was away on an extended business trip. For the Roman Catholic mother, abortion was out of the question.”

Mercury, who had relationships with men and women, had no kids with Austin. She later had two sons with another partner.

Love, Freddie is set to be released in September.
