The woman, who sustained injuries to her arm and leg, and the man, who was shot in the neck, were treated in hospital.
It is alleged the bride tried to stop Mr Williams from fleeing the scene by attempting to grab his keys but he fled on foot.
According to the Daily Mail, police found a Taurus gun and an iPhone belonging to Mr Williams in the car.
Residents near the venue described the shooting as “ridiculous”.
“For a wedding to be shot up like that one was on up there on Fond Du Lac is ridiculous,” one neighbour reportedly said.
“A wedding day is supposed to be something that two people have to care and love each other, and for someone to disrupt that is disrupting a family.”
