Jules Neale has been living her best life at the Australian Open this week, spotted courtside in a stylishly casual outfit as she let her blonde hair down in Melbourne’s heat wave.

And it turns out, it may be the mother’s new normal, with WA’s newest high-profile single revealing her plans for 2026 following a very public split from Brisbane Lions star Lachie Neale in late December.

“This year I‘ll be in Melbourne a little bit more, coming to a little bit more events, which is really exciting,” Jules told Daily Mail.

Returning home to WA in early January, the former salon owner said it was comforting for herself and kids to be welcomed back by loved ones so seamlessly.

“It’s been really nice. They’re (kids) going well, settling straight back into Perth, and it’s really good to be back around family,” Jules added.

With daughter Piper just four, and son Freddie recently celebrating his first birthday, Jules and Lachie’s kids would only have memories of Perth from return visits.

The former pair relocated to Brisbane after the 2018 AFL season, where Lachie has since won two Brownlow medals and two premierships.

Dressed in a light, pink two-piece by Melbourne designer Viktoria & Woods at the Open, Jules said she was not bothered by Tuesday’s 44C heat due to her upbringing in regional WA.

“I grew up in Kalgoorlie, in the country, so this heat isn’t getting to me too bad today. I’m kind of used to it,” she said.

The mother was accompanied by friend and Mount Pleasant hairstylist Gabby Morrone, who were VIP guests of Piper-Heidsick.

Posting pics of their jaunt while sky-high at The Ritz Carlton, Jules said, “Girls just wanna have fun.. at the AO 💕”.

Now living on opposite sides of the country, Lachie and Jules have listed their swanky Brisbane home for sale.

The five-bedroom residence is expected to fetch between $3 —$3.5 million after the former couple purchased it newly renovated for $2.43 million in July 2022.

Jules’ relocation was the result of an alleged affair between Lachie and Tess Crosley, a Queensland-based former friend of Jules.

Tess’ husband Ben Crosley, who has rarely been sighted alongside Tess since the “betrayal”, shared a happy snap with the pair’s young son to his social media on Wednesday.
