Robert Irwin has involved himself with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s honeymoon plans, offering up a special place Down Under to celebrate their recent nuptials.

The 22-year-old wildlife warrior said there was no better way to spend their honeymoon than to book in at Australia Zoo’s Crocodile Hunter Lodge.

“Honeymoon is on the table. I literally have a five-star luxury accommodation, The Crocodile Hunter Lodge, at Australia Zoo,” he told Access Hollywood.

“I mean, you’ve got an infinity pool looking over a paddock full of kangaroos. If that doesn’t say honeymoon, I don’t know what does.”

The son of Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin even said he’d show them a day’s work at the famous zoo on the Sunshine Coast.

“I’ll show them how to wrangle a crocodile. Travis would be right; Taylor would be right. They’d love it,” he said.

The lodge was opened in 2022 to honour Steve’s legacy.

Directly connected to the zoo, a stay at the eco-luxury accommodation doesn’t come cheap, with a one-night stay starting from $949.

However, guests do get unlimited entry to the zoo, a look at the wildlife hospital, dining credit at the Warrior Restaurant and Bar and free breakfast.

It comes after Irwin, in December last year, publicly offered Australia Zoo to the high-profile couple as a potential wedding location.

“You know what would really, in my opinion, just absolutely make that wedding is if it was an Australian wedding,” he told ABC News.

“We have hosted many. We have this beautiful, and I mean beautiful, location overlooking the African savanna. Rhinos and giraffes are just frolicking out in the open like in the wild. And you get married over that; it’s stunning.

“We’ve had quite a few people get married there, and everyone says it’s this life-changing experience. So, Travis and Taylor, hit me up. I got you.”

Unfortunately for the young Irwin, Swift and Kelce ultimately picked Madison Square Garden in New York City to tie the knot on July 3 in front of 1000 celebrity friends.

Irwin handled the rejection like the professional he is.

“Well, I mean it was between Australia Zoo and Madison Square Garden, you know, it’s a long flight, it’s alright, I don’t blame them,” he said.

Swift and Kelce got engaged in August 2025. They are yet to share any official wedding photos.
