Barely a month after his arrest in New Orleans, Shia LaBeouf is yet again in the public eye.
Actor and filmmaker Shia LaBeouf has been spotted causing a scene barely a month after his chaotic arrest in New Orleans.
A shocking video obtained by TMZ, shows the Transformers star looking dishevelled in a hotel lobby in Italy.
No shoes, no clothes other than underwear, and a loose cigarette dangling from his mouth, LaBeouf can be heard asking a woman for a match as she walks away.

Just a week ago, LaBeouf arrived in Rome to attend his father’s baptism, TMZ reported.
His request to leave New Orleans after his arrest last month was initially denied so he could continue his substance abuse treatment, however, after citing “religious observations”, he was given the go-ahead.
He is only permitted a one-week stay, however, meaning he will be back in Louisiana for his next court hearing on March 19.
LaBeouf was ordered to attend a substance abuse rehabilitation program following a drunken altercation during Mardi Gras celebrations, where he allegedly head-butted a man, leading to his arrest.
The 39-year-old was charged with two counts of simple battery, New Orleans police said in a statement. He appeared in court days later and was ordered to pay $140,000 bond and undergo rehab.
Footage obtained by TMZ from the night shows a shirtless LaBeouf receiving medical treatment from paramedics following the scuffle. It remains unclear what prompted the confrontation.
LaBeouf had reportedly been in New Orleans for Mardi Gras festivities, spending the weekend moving between bars and local hotspots.
Robert Skuse, a doorman at the 24-hour dive bar Ms Mae’s, said the actor was “somewhat belligerent” when he approached the venue without a shirt or cash, allegedly performing a “do you know who I am?” routine after being denied entry.
LaBeouf’s recent return to the spotlight has sparked concern for the star’s wellbeing, considering he has been vocal about his battle with addiction.
