Sydneysiders can also expect jaffles, scones with strawberry Shiraz gin jam, caramel slices, cheesy-mite scrolls and baked bean cheesy toasties.

For Baumann, who also owns Mama B’s, the bistro next door, finding new, exciting ways to bring communities together and celebrate great vegan food is important.
