Bargain hunters are running to Kmart to snap up a $45 “perfect dupe” of a stunning $525 designer dress.

The affordable retailer’s Long Sleeve Belted Denim Midi Dress has fashion-lovers obsessing over its extremely similar look to Aussie fashion brand Aje’s Colorado Denim Midi Dress.

The collared denim dresses both have ballooned sleeves, side pockets, a belt and buttons up the dress.

One fashion blogger — who goes by Kmartinsider on Instagram — said she “can’t get over the likeness and price” of the dupe.

“Been waiting Aje’s for a midi version to land at @kmartaus and it’s finally happening!” the Instagram blogger said.

Followers of the blogger said it looks “exactly the same”.

Kmart stocks the dress in sizes ranging from 6 to 18, while Aje has sizes ranging from 4 to 16.

Kmart has become well-known for producing cheaper versions of high-end products.

In January, the company launched a $99 lounge chair that looked very similar to Temple & Webster’s $949 Lowen Sling Accent Chair.

One TikTokker went viral after showing how the Kmart chairs elevated her lounge room, with the Aussie saying it was the best money she’s ever spent.
