One Australian has scored the ultimate gift this festive season after taking a punt on Tuesday’s Oz Lotto draw.

The fortunate punter was the only player who managed to secure seven winning numbers, earning them a division one prize of $50 million.

Division two produced 10 winners who will each take home a tidy sum of $62,689.10.

The winning numbers for draw #1608 are 1, 29, 20, 23, 34, 46 and 39. The supplementary numbers are 42, 43 and 24.

Lotto luck comes after two players, one in Victoria and one in Queensland, split the $100 million Powerball jackpot drawn on Thursday November 28.

A man in his 20s from Preston was uncovered as the second multi-millionaire, and admitted to officials it was the first time he’d ever bought a Powerball ticket.
