The recently renovated home has been the latest project of Ms Judd, an experienced renovator and self-taught interior designer.

On her Instagram account, Ms Judd announced that the family would be saying goodbye to their “Arthurs Seat beauty”.

“Exciting times ahead as we have a new project in the works,” she said.

In November last year, Ms Judd took viewers through a sneak peek of the property revealing that the renovation was complete “ahead of schedule and on budget”.

Ms Judd said the kitchen was the 'modern, bush, Australiana, country kitchen' of her dreams.

She also offered a thank you to her “epic team and partners” for getting it done in record time.

The Arthur’s Seat house is currently listed for sale by agents Ben Vieth and Adrian Calcedo from Marshall White Bayside.

The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area with a woodfire heater, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

When presenting imagery of the kitchen, Ms Judd said it was the “modern, bush, Australiana, country kitchen” of her dreams.

The listing states that the home is “in a league of its own” and comes “complete with all designer furnishings carefully curated by Rebecca Judd”.

Sitting on three hectares of bushland and rolling hills, the property offers landscaped gardens, an alfresco entertaining area and a circular heated spa pool.

Completed in just four months, the build was undertaken by The Melbourne Builder, who also built the Judds’ Brighton home, Nathan Burkett was the landscape architect, Fields completed the landscaping, and Ms Judd was responsible for the interior design.

The renovation was a long time coming, after it was initially postponed due to the family of four rapidly expanding to six with the arrival of twins Tom and Darcy.

The home has also served as an Airbnb, when the family were unable to visit it themselves.

The Arthur’s Seat house is currently listed for sale by Ben Vieth and Adrian Calcedo from Marshall White Bayside. Expressions of interest close Monday April 7 at 12pm.
