The sixth-placed Broncos are currently missing halfback Adam Reynolds and five-eighth Ezra Mam due to injury, resulting in Ben Hunt moving to halfback and Walters to the five-eighth position.
Walters has previously played at five-eighth in the NRL, but has been plying his trade as a dummy half over the past few seasons.
Meanwhile, since 2021, Walters has bought a series of properties in Queensland, located in Chermside West, Redbank Plains and Harristown.
Walters has now listed the three-bedroom, two-bathroom Chermside West house for sale.
Cotality records indicate Walters bought the property in March 2021 with wife Rachel for $671,000.

"Positioned on a generous 602 square metre corner block, this well-presented low-set home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space and functionality," the property's marketing states.
"Boasting a massive entertainer's deck and a large private yard, this property is ideal for those seeking low-maintenance living with plenty of room to relax, entertain or add future value.
"Outdoor entertaining will be a breeze, thanks to the large covered deck featuring external lighting, ceiling fans, and power points."
The home also features air conditioning, timber flooring, a decorative fireplace, casement windows, roller blinds, and a bank of sliding glass doors.

The property also contains an electric gate and a secure compound with a separate pedestrian gate.
There isn't a price guide advertised.
However, the Walters' are likely to score a sizeable profit. According to Cotality, the median house value in Chermside West is currently $1,129,825.

Of Walters' investment properties, the home in Redbank Plains is currently rented for $440 a week, while the Harristown, Toowoomba home is rented for $450 a week.
Cotality records show the three-bedroom Redbank Plains property was purchased in November 2022 for $310,000.
Also, the three-bedroom Harristown property was purchased in November 2022 for $415,000.
