There wasn't an advertised guide for the property - located at Meroo Meadow, near Nowra - when it was initially listed for sale in 2025.

An asking price of $1.3 million was later released, followed by "offers invited" and an asking price of $1.2 million.

According to Cotality records, the home sold late last year for $1.05 million, after 69 days on the market.

The selling agent for his home, Bianca McMillan from Integrity Real Estate Nowra declined to comment on the sale when contacted by the Mercury.

Last year, Ward was sentenced to five years and nine months in prison.

In July, the now former NSW MP was found guilty of four charges of the sexual abuse of two men, aged 18 and 24.

Judge Kara Shead sentenced Ward to a maximum term of five years and nine months, with a non-parole period of three years and nine months.

The sentence was backdated to late July.

Ward's legal battle has reportedly cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Ward's resignation from parliament triggered a by-election in the state seat of Kiama.

Labor claimed victory in the by-election to replace Ward, with candidate Katelin McInerney emerging as the winner.

Built in 2007, according to records, Ward's now former home was described as being "immaculately presented and thoughtfully designed", and a "true entertainer's delight".

The home is located a short drive to the Princes Highway, and is within access of amenities, transport and shopping.

The four-bedroom home sits on 650 square metres.

It features a sizeable study; a large central kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven, island bench with sink and stainless steel appliances; a large living and dining area; a separate family room, offering a place for formal dining, sports or rumpus; and a double lock-up garage with internal access.

Cotality records show Ward bought the home in October 2011 for $450,000. At the time, the home was sold after 26 days on the market.

Despite being charged with the offences in 2022, Ward was re-elected to the seat of Kiama in 2023.

Following his conviction, Ward has indicated he will appeal the jury's decision.
