The curated service allows residents to browse a menu from the hotel's award-winning AKOYA restaurant, featuring coastal-inspired dishes crafted around fresh, refined flavours.
Mark Marshall, the Executive Chef of AKOYA has overseen Michelin-starred establishments such as The Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay in London and leads the kitchen for Jewel Residences.

The five star cuisine is delivered directly to apartment doors via the Diamond Tower's concierge, effectively turning every home into a private dining suite.
For those hosting guests, the service extends to in-apartment private catering, with The Langham's events team offering premium canapés, plated set menus and grazing boards, meaning residents effectively have Australia's best private dining experience on speed dial.

Vice President of AW Jewel Yutao Li said the dining partnership at Jewel cements the project as a globally competitive lifestyle address.
"This level of service is typically reserved for the world's most elite residences," he said.
"Jewel's blend of five-star hospitality, prime beachfront location and superior design makes it an iconic offering not just on the Gold Coast, but internationally."
International fine dining hits the Gold Coast
Jewel's gastronomic concept is shared with some of the world's most elite residential towers offering exclusive private fine dining and concierge style five star service.

Central Park Tower in New York includes a private restaurant with rotating seasonal menus created by Michelin starred chefs Alfred Portale, Laurent Tourndel, Gabriel Kreuther.
In Spain, Antares is the highest luxury residential building in Barcelona and it offers private dining from Michelin-starred Chef Romain Fornell's impressive Grand Cafe Rouge, delivered by a 24 hour concierge.
Meanwhile, Mayfair Park residents in London can indulge in-house or at-home dining at Wolfgang Puck's new London branch of Cut, established in the adjoining 45 Park Lane hotel.
TOTAL Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said the experience sets a new benchmark for beachfront luxury living in Australia.
"It's incredibly rare to find a residential address with access to five-star hotel dining, personalised service, private catering and a full concierge and Jewel delivers all of it," he said.
The partnership is also a first of its kind for The Langham, which is extending its hospitality beyond the lobby and into the private kitchens of residents.
"We're proud to bring seamless, world-class culinary experiences directly into the homes of Jewel's Diamond Collection residents," said Arpad Romandy, General Manager of The Langham Gold Coast.
The Diamond Collection is the most exclusive of the Jewel development's three iconic towers and the closest to the sand, with only 108 absolute beachfront residences, each with a unique floorplan shaped by the building's diamond-inspired architecture.

Residents also enjoy a suite of hotel-style amenities including a 20-metre indoor magnesium pool, a 262sqm beachfront-view gym, sauna facilities and a full-time concierge.
Apartments in the Diamond Collection start from $3.15 million for oversized two-bedroom residences (around 150sqm), with premium three-bedroom apartments from $4.7 million, offering panoramic ocean, city, river and hinterland views.
The Jewel Private Residences Sales Gallery on the corner of Old Burleigh and Wharf Roads is open seven days from 9am-5pm, with private appointments available after hours.
