He said the property is expected to sell from "high teens to low $20 millions".
Purchased in 2021 for $13.01 million, the property has been given an extensive overhaul since.
"There has been a renovation that is magnificent," Mr Malouf said.

That includes formal and informal living and dining areas, with a custom-built bar a standout.
The property, which also includes a gym, heated pool and a Tuscan style outdoor entertaining area is also extremely well positioned.
It sits close to Vaucluse Bay and the historical Vaucluse House and grounds.
The former cricketer certainly like the upmarket suburb having recently bought another top end home there.
It was revealed this week that Clarke purchased a six-bedroom mansion with a tennis court and pool for about $20 million.
The home features a full-sized tennis court and a gas-heated pool.

The exact purchase price of the property remains unknown. However, Cotality records show the home was listed for sale in May for $21.5 million, while it has recently been reported to have a guide of $20 million.
"This stunning freestanding residence is set on 1185 square metres of prime land and boasts a substantial 800 square metres of internal living," the property's marketing states.
"Set amid meticulously maintained landscaped grounds, this exceptional Vaucluse residence embodies contemporary luxury and family comfort on a true grand scale.
"Exuding quality, craftsmanship and spanning three levels, the home is built to exacting standards."

The lower level offers a fully equipped rumpus/media zone and gymnasium.
Other features include a custom cocktail bar, Calacatta marble kitchen and a grand entry hall with a circular ceiling and sculptural staircase.
The latest deals are not the first time Clarke has transacted in the Sydney , which is one of the country's most expensive places to buy.
In 2021, Clarke sold the luxury mansion he bought with former wife Kyly for $12 million.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home with eight garages was also in Vaucluse. Clarke and his then-wife had bought the home for $8.3 million in 2014.

Clarke also offloaded a Bondi sub-penthouse for $7.25 million in 2020.
It's believed an Expressions of Interest campaign will be launched to sell Clarke's current Vaucluse home.
Clarke isn't the only Australian captain to make a significant property purchase recently.
According to Cotality records, last November, current Test skipper Pat Cummins and wife Becky snapped up a Bronte home for $16 million.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home sits on 730 square metres.
The 1888 two-storey home was bought off-market and settled recently.
Cummins will miss at least the first Ashes Test of this summer due to injury, but is still expected to play a part in the series.
