Hollywood star Rebel Wilson lists stunning penthouse apartment in Balmain, Sydney for $2.3 million
Rebel Wilson has listed her extravagant property for sale with an asking price of $2.3 million.
The Hollywood actor purchased the penthouse apartment in Sydney’s inner west suburb of Balmain for $1.88 million in 2015.
The two-level “house-like” apartment covers 130sqm with two balconies and a rooftop terrace off the upper-level kitchen.

The new listing comes after the 44-year-old Aussie sold her Sydney Harbour home for about $9.5 million in 2022, after purchasing it for $3.76 million in 2015, making an eye-watering profit.
Earlier this year, Wilson released her memoir Rebel Rising which was embroiled in controversy over a chapter of allegations against co-star Sacha Baron Cohen.
In the highly publicised chapter, which was blacked out in the Australian and New Zealand editions for legal reasons, Wilson recounted her alleged experience filming the 2016 film Grimsby – titled The Brothers Grimsby in the US – alongside Baron Cohen as his wife.
Wilson alleged the Borat actor told her to strip off when filming scenes for the comedy which Baron Cohen has strongly denied.
