Cotality records indicate they paid $3.085 million to relocate to Greenhills Beach.
According to the marketing, the home is positioned in the Greenhills Beach Estate, just moments from Cronulla's beaches, schools, recreational facilities, cafes, restaurants, and Cronulla Mall.
"Exuding a commanding presence from the street, this expansive four-bedroom family home captures the essence of coastal luxury and timeless elegance," the property's marketing states.

"Thoughtfully designed with generous proportions, multiple living zones, and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor areas, it offers an idyllic lifestyle perfectly suited to large or growing families."
However, there are no views from the two-level home.
According to Cotality, the median house value in Greenhills Beach is currently $3,393,805.
This follows the couple recently selling their Lilli Pilli home for $3.19 million.
Records show they had bought the five-bedroom property in 2021 for $2.95 million.

"Peacefully stretching all the way from the street to the shores of the Port Hacking, this charming family home provides an incredible waterside lifestyle opportunity in a highly prestigious cul-de-sac," the property's marketing states.
Ennis, who won a premiership with the Cronulla Sharks in 2016, also played for Newcastle, St George Illawarra, Brisbane and Canterbury during a lengthy NRL career.
The hooker also represented NSW at State of Origin level.
Ennis spent the final two seasons of his NRL career playing at Cronulla under now Dragons coach Shane Flanagan, where they won the Sharks' sole premiership together.

Since his retirement in 2016, Ennis has transitioned into coaching, spending time with the Canberra Raiders, Parramatta Eels, Sharks and, most recently, Manly Sea Eagles.
"I'm really excited to be joining the Dragons," Ennis said in a recent club statement.
"It's a proud club with a rich history, and I'm grateful to Shane and the organisation for the opportunity to be part of the coaching staff.
"I really enjoyed working with Shane during my playing days at Cronulla, and I'm looking forward to linking up with him again."
