CoreLogic records show Rozalia, a model and influencer, and her nightclub businessman husband, Nick, purchased the 1870s-era home in 2014 for $1.865 million.
“End of an era,” Rozalia, 35, posted on her Instagram account.
“Hope someone enjoys and loves this house as much as we did! Moved in as a family of 3.
“10 years later we moved out as a family of seven!! Time for someone else to create some new memories.”
The listing describes the house as “flawlessly reimagined to not only meet but exceed all expectations”.
The historic home has a Hawthorn brick facade, however, behind the double-fronted home’s exterior is a modern architect-designed extension and renovation.
Inside combines old-world charm and modern style, with black hardwood floors and white plantation shutters.
Original period features retained throughout the home include ornate ceiling roses and leadlight glass.
The four bedrooms are set across two levels, including the master suite with a luxury ensuite and robe.
There is a dedicated study area and a designer main bathroom upstairs.
Multiple living areas include a lounge room with an ornate fireplace that can be closed off completely via cavity sliding doors.
The expansive open-plan living and dining area connects to the gourmet kitchen which is designed for entertaining, with a breakfast island bench that opens out to an alfresco entertainment deck.
Located 5.6 kilometres from Melbourne CBD, the property is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and bars, and sporting precincts, including the MCG and tennis centre.
Nick is well-known in the Melbourne nightclub scene.
He previously ran Eve at Southbank, which attracted big-name stars including Britney Spears and Serena Williams, and is co-owner of Bar Bambi with Rozalia.
She has carved out a career as a social media influencer, working with brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton and L’Oréal Paris.
The couple wed in 2013 and share two children.
The house is open for inspection on August 10 at 1.45pm and August 11 at 12pm.
