A single person has walked away with the entire $100 million Thursday night Powerball jackpot.

It was estimated that half of all Australians purchased a ticket in the hopes they could win the eye-watering prize, which skyrocketed to $100 million after no division one winners last week.

The winning numbers for the draw are 16, 24, 11, 4, 10, 18 and 23. The Powerball is 6.

And walking away with the lot was a single person, who miraculously secured the seven figure combination.

According to LotteryWest the sole winner was from Queensland.

Four West Australians won the division two prize of $188,606.60 and 21 shared were winners in the division three pool.

Over 205,000 WA winners shared in minor prizes last Thursday night, including a division two winner set to claim $149,000.

Lotterywest CEO Colin Smith said ticket sales were expected to peak on Thursday afternoon.
