One Nation leader flanked by security
Pauline Hanson has entered Crown’s Grand Ballroom flanked by a security detail.
The One Nation leader will soon address the sold out crowd full of business leaders and punters.
Security has been heavier than usual for the event, with bag checks for attendees and a significant police presence around Crown.
Hundreds in attendance to hear from Hanson
Hundreds of business leaders and punters have gathered at Crown’s grand ballroom to hear a keynote speech from One Nation leader Pauline Hanson.
The highly anticipated speech comes off the back of Ms Hanson’s trip to the United Kingdom and Italy.
She also visited the electorate of Secret Harbour on Monday, where her party hopes to pick up its first ever WA Lower House seat.
Senator Hanson’s appearance has been met with protests, with about 42 protesters objecting to her visit.
There is also a heavy police presence around the area.
