The address has been declared a crime scene as inquiries continue. Police have not laid any charges and have not revealed the nature of the investigation.
Authorities stressed Palaszczuk is not believed to be involved and may not even have any knowledge of the raid.
The development comes as Palaszczuk undertakes a national publicity campaign for her memoir, Finding My Way, which was launched earlier this week.

She is scheduled to host a promotional event on the Gold Coast on Thursday evening.
Speaking earlier in the week, Palaszczuk discussed her relationship with Adib during media appearances linked to the book’s release.
Asked whether she planned to marry her partner and if marriage was on the cards, she replied: “Ha! We’re very happy … why would we, why would we change it? We’re very happy … thank you.”
Queensland Police have not provided further details, citing the active nature of the investigation.
