Ashley St Clair: Mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child sues for custody

Elon Musk is being sued by the woman who claims she gave birth to his 13th child.
Influencer Ashley St Clair, 26, asked a judge to award her sole custody of the baby boy and demanded Mr Musk take a paternity test to prove the child is his.
In documents filed on Friday in New York’s Supreme Court, Ms St Clair said she and Mr Musk “started a romantic relationship in or about May 2023” while on the Caribbean island of St. Barts.

She says their son – identified in legal documents as R.S.C. – was born in September 2024 and that billionaire Mr Musk, 53, had seen him only three times.
In court documents obtained by the MoS, Ms St Clair claims he texted her following the birth to say “I want to knock you up again”’ and “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make”.
She included a photograph of Mr Musk holding their infant son in the filed court documents.
Ms St Clair said: “I had sexual intercourse with the respondent on or about the second day of January 2024 and on or about the third day of January 2024 in various locations... during which time our child was conceived.”
Mr Musk allegedly warned her not to reveal he had fathered a child for security reasons, texting: “If I make a mistake on security, R. will never know his father. I get credible death threats every day. I’m #2 after Trump for assassination.
“This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of security. Only the paranoid survive.”
The court documents contained an unsigned copy of a legal agreement purportedly between Ms St Clair and Mr Musk in which he agrees to take a paternity test within six months of the baby’s birth and, if he is proved to be the father, the child would take the surname Musk.
The Tesla and SpaceX boss, the richest man in the world, was not present at the birth and “hasn’t expressed any interest in having custody”.
Mr Musk is yet to comment on Ms St Clair’s claims.
She says he met the baby twice in New York, where she lives in a luxury apartment and drives a Tesla truck, and later in Austin, Texas, where Mr Musk has a home.
Mr Musk had six children with first wife Justine Wilson, one of whom died at ten weeks old.
He has three children with singer Grimes and three with Shivon Zilis, an executive at his company Neuralink.
This week, Grimes posted publicly on X – the social media site owned by Mr Musk – claiming one of their children was suffering an “urgent medical crisis”.
She wrote in a since-deleted post: “I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation.”
Mr Musk didn’t respond to multiple calls for comment last night.
