Is Google Drive down? Users getting 502 error, workplaces across the country impacted
Almost 1000 users reported problems with the program.
Users across the country are reporting issues with Google Drive.
While most problems appeared to be on the website, 22 per cent were linked to the app, and a further 10 per cent related to logging in.
According to DownDetector.com.au, users first started reporting problems around 10.45 am on Wednesday morning.

At 1pm, around 900 people were experiencing problems.
In the comments, several people said they had encountered a “502 error”.
“Grrr it is SO slow this morning - I can’t load ANYTHING on Drive,” wrote one user.
Another added, “Files are taking more than 6 minutes to load on Google Drive for Windows. 10+ devices impacted in our office.”
While the difficulties appear to have been repaired for some users, at 3.30pm 522 people were still experiencing problems.
On Google Workspace, the tech company confirmed they were “experiencing an issue”.
“Our engineering team is currently working on a potential fix while continuing to investigate the full root cause,” they wrote.
