Included in the photos were images of the former Sydney, St Kilda and Western Bulldogs goalkicker joining his wife inside the pool with their newborn.
The post was flooded with messages of support and congratulations.
“Omg you finally did it!! You got a dark-haired baby! Def worth trying a 4th time for!!” radio host Emily Jade O’Keeffe said.
“I love him, he’s so freaking cute! His brothers are going to be smitten.
“Sending you and Barry all the love and baby smells xx.”
Brant, the TV presenter and former singer in the children’s group Hi-5, and Hall announced they were expecting a fourth baby in January.
“Our year is about to get a whole lot more colourful,” Brant said at the time.
“Baby Hall number four arriving July. We are so excited to share this news with you all.”
Clay joins brothers Miller, six, Houston, four, and Samson, two.
Hall and Brant eloped in 2021 in a rush, so that Brant’s terminally ill sister-in-law could attend the wedding.
Hall enjoyed a stellar 289-game career for St Kilda, Sydney and the Western Bulldogs.
He was a four-time All-Australian, 11-time club leading goalkicker and captain of the Swans’ 2005 premiership team.
