The Lions star has seemingly made his relationship official with a kiss after Brisbane’s big win.
Brisbane Lions star Lachie Neale appears to have gone public with his new relationship, sharing a kiss with Emma Field inside the club’s dressing room after Friday night’s win over Collingwood.
The Brownlow medallist embraced and kissed Field as players celebrated their 63-point victory at the MCG.
The moment marks the clearest public sign yet that Neale and Field are in a relationship after weeks of speculation surrounding the pair.

She was seen with the footballer at Brisbane Airport earlier this month and has also attended Lions matches in Perth and Brisbane.
On Friday night, Field was inside the Lions’ inner sanctum after the win, where she and Neale hugged before sharing a kiss.
Field had earlier shared an Instagram story showing herself inside the MCG watching the Lions take on Collingwood.
Her appearances at Neale’s matches have fuelled speculation about the pair since they were first linked publicly.
The relationship comes after a turbulent period in Neale’s personal life.
The 33-year-old separated from his wife Jules Neale in December after seven years of marriage.
The split followed allegations of an affair involving Neale and Tess Crosley, who had previously been close friends with Jules. Neither Neale nor Crosley publicly confirmed the alleged relationship, but Neale later apologised for his actions.
“I have let my family down, and I apologise for my actions that have let down those that are closest to me,” Neale said at the time.
Jules subsequently moved back to Perth with the couple’s two children and removed references to Crosley and Neale from her social media accounts.
Neale has since been linked to several women, including Melbourne socialite Mim Hoyle, before his apparent relationship with Field emerged.
His future at Brisbane also remains uncertain, with the two-time Brownlow medallist considering his options ahead of the 2027 season.
Collingwood is reportedly among the clubs chasing Neale, with the Magpies believed to be preparing a lucrative three-year offer.
After Friday night’s match, Collingwood coach Craig McRae was asked about his club’s reported interest in the Lions star.
“It’s a pointed question,” McRae said.
“I think he’s a great player, and everyone could see that on the night.”
Neale produced a dominant performance against the Magpies, collecting 35 disposals and nine score involvements in Brisbane’s big win.
