Lachie Neale is set to make a public appearance alongside Brisbane Lions teammate Dayne Zorko at a Sunshine Coast event later this week.

The Brisbane star, who stepped down from the club’s co-captaincy following the breakdown of his marriage with Jules Neale, features prominently in promotional material for the Friday night event, billed as Footy Feast presents ‘Lions 3-peat Quest’ live show in Mooloolaba.

The show is being promoted as an exclusive look inside the club, promising to offer “a unique and unprecedented insight into the 2026 pre-season, 2025 premiership and personal journeys of Lachie & Dayne”.

The appearance comes as the back-to-back premiers spend three days on the Sunshine Coast for a pre-season camp, visiting local schools and AFL clubs across the region as part of their community program.

Neale has spoken publicly just once since separating from his wife, Jules, after she discovered his affair with her best friend Tess Crosley. Addressing the media on January 2, Neale accepted full responsibility for the collapse of the marriage.

Following the split, Jules relocated to Perth with the couple’s two young children to be closer to family and friends.

This week, Jules was spotted attending the Australian Open event in Melbourne, hosted by the champagne sponsor Piper-Heidsieck, where she enjoyed VIP on-court seating. She attended the event with her friend Gabby Morrone, making a quick trip to experience the tournament for the first time.

While continuing to process what she has previously described as an “unimaginable betrayal”, Jules has begun focusing on rebuilding her life and career. The hairdresser is now working under the guidance of talent agency One Daydream (ODd) as she looks ahead to the future, the Herald Sun shared.

Jules described the last few months as being “a lot”, but said, “being surrounded by family in Perth has helped going into 2026”.

She added, “I’m loving being back in Melbourne and watching another sport”

Meanwhile, Ben Crosley, the husband of Mormon missionary Tess Crosley, shared a photo of their young son on his Instagram story on Wednesday.

Tess last posted on social media on January 12, marking her 30th birthday while in Adelaide.
