There are not many things Harry Grant can’t do, and while leading his side to an NRL title in 2024 was one of them, there is no questioning his heroism.

The Melbourne Storm skipper has been praised for helping a swimmer who found themselves in trouble on the Sunshine Coast.

Grant was paddling back into shore at First Bay Beach near Coolum when he spotted two children struggling in the water, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Grant told one of the kids to get on his board and paddled him back to the beach.

“Watched this bloke yesterday bring in a young fella who was struggling in the water near some rocks back to the beach on his surfboard,” Bradley Norris posted online.

“Absolute legend.”

Grant, a former Nipper, recently revealed how nearly a decade ago he and his father assisted a family struggling in the water at Port Macquarie.

Grant is due back at Storm training in the New Year.
