NFL: It’s the most-watched US sporting event of the year - and all eyes are on whether it’ll be the Patriots or the Seahawks who are crowned NFL champs.
In a rematch of the league’s decider from 2015, New England - led by quarterback Drake Maye - and Seattle - helmed by Sam Darnold - will go at it after both made unlikely surges this season to the title game.
And when the action pauses at half-time, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny will take to the stage to put on a show, fresh off his Grammy win for Album of the Year.
Follow all the developments from the day below, with the game set to start at 10.30am EDT (7.30am WA time).

FIELD GOAL: Seattle 6, New England 0
Kenneth Walker bursts some offensive life into this game!
The star running back makes not one, but two scintillating runs to push his team into the red zone, and they again have to settle for the field goal with a successful 39-yard attempt.
Walker’s got 71 yards of rushing already, and the Seahawks have the early ascendancy.

Defence rules
It’s another three-and-out and the Patriots are getting NOTHING on offence!
Just 34 yards of offence from Drake Maye so far, and the options aren’t presenting themselves. 0 combined catches for Stefon Diggs and Hunter Henry, who will have to get more active if New England are to cause the upset here.
Seattle 3, New England 0
Darnold finds AJ Barner on third down to keep the drive going, but they can’t get much more. The quarterback has come close to being picked off a few times now.
There’s 30 seconds left in the first period and the Pats get the ball back (and a nice punt from Aussie Michael Dickson, for the record). Are we set for a defensive grind?
ANOTHER convincing Seattle stop
Another sack, and another drives comes up well short for the Patriots.
Maye cops a second sack - this time from Devon Witherspoon - and New England can’t get anything going.
Just over three minutes left in the opening term and it remains 3-0 Seahawks.

Seattle 3, New England 0
It’s a three-and-out for the Seahawks - but it was VERY nearly a different ending to that drive!
Darnold overcooks a throw intended for star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and if he’d caught it, he was well on his way to going the length of half the field for the touchdown.
New England take over at midfield in good position as they chase their first points.

Seattle 3, New England 0
The Patriots are forced to punt it away despite a strong opening to the drive. A big sack on Drake Maye from Derick Hall proves pivotal.
7.11 left in the opening period, and the Seahawks will take over from their own 10-yard line.
Stat of the day
Seattle HAVEN’T LOST this year when scoring first in a game... they’re a perfect 11-0!
New England’s opening drive is also encouraging, with Rhamondre Stevenson active early in both receiving and rushing...

FIELD GOAL: Seahawks 3, Patriots 0
It’s a strong start for Seattle!
Darnold makes a couple of crisp passes, including one that Cooper Kupp takes in JUST before the sideline, and Kenneth Walker is active on the run early. But the Seahawks are still forced to settle for the field goal from 33 yards.
Over to you, Patriots...
We’re underway!
Levi’s Stadium is PUMPING!
Seattle take the touchback and will start their drive from the 35-yard line. Time for quarterback Sam Darnold to make a strong early impression on the opening drive.

Coin toss
The flip goes New England’s way, and they’ll defer to start the game - meaning Seattle will have first possession of the ball, and the Patriots will start with it straight out of half-time.
We’re ready for kick-off! Don’t forget to switch on the screens of Seven to check out all the action while you’re taking in the blog!
