Costeen Hatzi makes personal admission after Nick Kyrgios breakup

The rumours are over. The relationship between social media influencer Costeen Hatzi and Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is officially over.
Reports first emerged that the couple had broken up at the end of March, but Kyrgios later muddied the waters by liking a Hatzi post, and writing on social media: “Fact of the day ... don’t believe everything you read. Stay in your lane.”
But now Hatzi, who recently flew out of the US and headed back to Australia, has confirmed the breakup, while making a surprise admission.

“I’m still going on with work and I have a few different brands that I’m working with at the moment.
“I’m grateful to have this life and hopefully keep on going ... I think it’s always important to put yourself first and do what makes you happy.”
The power couple first started dating in 2021 and since then the 24-year-old Hatzi has become an influencer (with over 180,000 followers on Instagram) and a high-profile figure on the tennis tour.
But rumours about their relationship recently surfaced after observers started to notice some cracks.
In a telling detail, the couple have both removed each other’s initials from their Instagram bios and Hatzi’s page is slowing being cleansed of Kyrgios pics.
Hatzi broke her silence about the Kyrgios situation at the Witchery White Shirt Campaign on Tuesday.
It was previously reported that Hatzi had had enough of Kyrgios and his “party boy” ways.
In 2023 Kyrgios addressed those habits, saying all the “drinking and partying” would certainly mean he’s career would be over by the time he turns 33.
“There’s no chance I’m playing until 33. Kyrgios playing until 33 is insane .... I promise you, when I’m gone, you’ll never see me again,” he said.
“The schedule is out of control (and) I’m getting old ... 28, yeah. But all the drinking and partying, I’m like 57.”

It’s a sad end to the relationship, that once had wedding bells on the horizon.
“I mean, if it happens, it happens, if it doesn’t, it doesn’t,” Hatzi said on Channel 7’s The Morning Show in 2023.
“I’m just going with the flow and we’re happy and healthy and, yeah, that’s all that matters.”
After they had been together for around two years, Hatzi shared a carousel of images of their time together.
“I can’t thank you enough for everything you have taught me,” she said to Kyrgios.
“You are one in a million and I’m so lucky I get to spend everyday with you.
“I love you beyond words & love all the memories we have created together.”
Kyrgios had regularly spoken about his love for Hatzi and, in 2023 when the couple acquired a pet dog, he said, “My beautiful family.”
He has also previously called Hatzi his “closest friend, the person who hates me one minute and loves me the next, the best girlfriend, my biggest fan, my love, and a great partner in life”.
