D4vd: Singer’s manager Josh Marshall breaks silence after Celeste Rivas Hernandez found dead in car boot

Singer D4vd’s manager has broken his silence about the investigation into the mysterious death of a 15-year-old girl found dead in the boot of a car belonging to the musician.
Josh Marshall, the owner of record label Mogul Vision, took to TikTok with a blistering statement to call out wild speculation that he was involved in Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s death.
Celeste’s decomposed body was discovered in the trunk of a Tesla on September 8.

The car was registered to the 20-year-old rising star D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, and was traced back to a luxury Hollywood Hills rental where he had been living.

In response to one TikTok video speculating about his involvement, Marshall wrote: “This video is false and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter. FOR NOW.”
He then went on to reveal the impact that the intense scrutiny and misinformation about the case had had on him and his family.
“This has been a tough time for my family as I am a father of 3 children.”
Marshall slammed reports that he had been living at a Hollywood Hills home with D4vd — the same home near where the car was reported abandoned before being towed to an impoundment yard and the body subsequently found after a foul odour was reported to police.
He said this was false, he lived with his family in a different state and did not have any cars registered to his name in California.
“I received no emails and I’m no one’s roommate, I live full time at home with my wife and kids. My daughter is 14 and this news is affecting so many lives. I never received any emails. I had zero knowledge of anything and I don’t live in California.
“Also I work remotely 95% of the time and my job doesn’t require me to have much interaction with any of my clients/David, as there are many others that work with him on a day to day capacity, not me.
“This news is tragic for so many and for her family. I hope the proper authorities get to the bottom of it soon.
“Let me remind people a lot of this is speculation and alleged. In the meantime, I am with my family helping them emotionally get through the news of this tragedy. Please report on factual information.”
LAPD Captain and Commanding Officer Scot M. Williams told People earlier this week that the medical examiner had been unable to determine Celeste’s cause of death, but it was believed her body had been dead for several weeks before her body was discovered.
“The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not determined a cause or manner of her death, so we don’t know for sure if anyone has any criminal culpability for her death beyond the concealment of her dead body.”
