A Delta Air Lines plane has crashed and flipped in Toronto, Canada.

A Delta Air Lines plane has crashed and flipped while attempting to land at Toronto Pearson Airport, leaving multiple passengers fighting for life.

The plane, which flew from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Toronto, Canada crashed while landing before being found upside-down as emergency crews rushed to the scene.

Authorities have confirmed that 80 people were onboard the Bombardier CRJ700 craft, with all successfully being evacuated.

At least 15 people have been raced to hospitals by emergency services, with their conditions varying from stable to critical.

Those injured include young children and elderly adults and three people, aged unknown, who are now fighting for life.

Unbelievable footage emerged on social media in the minutes after the crash as passengers raced to exit the plane.

“We’re in Toronto. We just landed. Our plane crashed,” a passenger could be heard saying.

“It’s upside down.

“Most people appear to be okay. We’re all getting off. There’s a lot going on.”

Airport officials released a statement on X saying: “Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident upon landing involving a Delta Airlines plane arriving from Minneapolis. Emergency teams are responding.”
