Jaskarn ‘Jacky’ Jahj: Man charged over creepy Disneyland ‘wedding’ to 9yo unmasked as known paedophile

The man allegedly behind a sick stunt in which he “married” a nine-year-old girl at Disneyland Paris has been unmasked as a notorious British paedophile.
Jaskarn ‘Jacky’ Jahj has been charged with multiple offences by French police after he allegedly posed as the groom in a creepy mock wedding with a “scared and confused” child who wore a wedding dress and had four-inch heels taped to her feet.
Concerned staff called police as the ceremony was filmed in front of Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty castle when they noted the extremely young age of the “bride”.

He has reportedly been charged with fraud, breach of trust, money laundering and identity theft over the Disneyland allegations.

French prosecutors allege Jahj conned Disneyland officials by assuming the identity of a Latvian national, using fake documents to secure permission to carry out the “wedding” for a private film project.
Disneyland and the 100 or so “guests” recruited for the fake ceremony claim they were deliberately misled about what was to take place and the involvement of a child.
Jahj reportedly paid €130,000 (AUD$232,600) to secure private access to the park for the ceremony before the gates opened to the public on June 21 and put out a call for 200 adult and 100 child extras for the film project that, it was claimed, was not intended for broadcast, according to Le Parisien.
The so-called guests, recruited through advertisements placed in specialist websites, were promised €200 (AUD$357) for their participation.
Alexandre Verney, Assistant Prosecutor for the Seine-et-Marne region, confirmed that the young girl underwent a medical examination and had not “suffered any violence or coercive acts”.
Her mother and a man posing as her father, both Latvian nationals, who were also arrested over the incident, have since been released.
According to local reports, the man was paid €12,000 (AU$21,550) to play the role of the bride’s father but only learned the girl’s age shortly before the event.
Prosecutors confirmed on Tuesday that Jahj is known in the UK “for sexual offences against minors”, The Sun reports.
For those offences UK prosecutors said he had posed as a top Hollywood producer and plied his two 15-year-old victims with alcohol before abusing them.

Since his release from prison, Jahj has been linked to a series of bizarre film stunts, including one in 2024 in which he was filmed naked for a scene using an old BBC truck and Union Jack-draped vehicles for an “explosion” near London’s O2 Arena.
He has also previously staged a fake funeral and recruited up to 200 children and young women to play his adoring fans at a fake movie premiere in 2023.
A Met spokesperson told The Sun: “A 39-year-old man is wanted by the Met Police for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a breach of a Sex Offenders’ Register notification requirement.
“We are aware the man has been arrested in France for other matters and officers are in contact with the French authorities.”
