Mike Terra: Carnival Cruise brawl over ‘chicken tenders’ caught on camera

Fists and shoes were flying on a Carnival Cruise over the weekend after a wild brawl broke out over chicken tenders, and the whole thing was caught on camera.

Content creator Mike Terra was on board and filmed the melee and posted it on his social media pages.

“Over chicken tenders is crazy,” he said after turning the camera to himself.

Alongside his Instagram post, Mr Terra wrote “I always hear carnival is ghetto/ratchet I been cruising for years but this my 1st time seeing some action on a ship I was on YNs was tripping.”

The footage shows about 20 people exchanging blows, with people falling to the ground and others caught in headlocks loose shoes littering the floor in a restaurant area.

Security guards appear unable to break up the fight, with one guard looking panicked appearing to call for help in his walkie talkie.

One cruise passenger can be heard shouting, “Where the f*** is security?!”.

Despite the fight, which broke out abut 2am on board Carnival Sunshine as it headed back to port in Miami, Mr Terra said he “had a great time”.

Mr Terra’s followers were quick to debate the actions of the security team, with one claiming they “forgot the job description”.

Another wrote: “Don’t the boat got a jail? Lol I seen that on titanic … lock them up!”

Mr Terra later clarified in the comment section of the video post that the fight was over more than just chicken tenders and also that it was an isolated incident.

“We weren’t close enough to know why (the fight) really started we just knew they were in line for food,” he told the New York Post.
