Albany Creek deaths: Police investigating after two bodies found with gunshot wounds in a suburban home
Police are investigating a possible murder-suicide following the discovery of two dead bodies with gunshot wounds in a Brisbane home.
Authorities responded to a call around 5.30pm at a home on Jambaroo Street, Albany Creek, where they found a man in his 40s and a woman in her 70s, both deceased.
Early findings suggest that the two were known to each other, though the precise nature of their relationship has not been disclosed.

Queensland Police have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
A neighbour told the Courier Mail: “I always walk past the house, but I’ve never spoken to them, there is always someone at the front.”
“One is always yelling at one another,” they said.
“The house has always been boarded up, you never see anyone go in and out,” he said.
“There is always junk everywhere.
“The air conditioner is always running and there is al foil on the windows.
“It’s all a bit weird really.”
Police are urging anyone who may have seen or heard anything unusual in the Jambaroo Street area before 5.30pm to come forward with information by contacting Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
