Bodies found in Cammeray: Mystery surrounds the death of a man and a woman on moored yacht

Two people have been found dead on a boat moored in Sydney’s north in mysterious circumstances.
The bodies of the man and woman were found on Wednesday night after emergency services conducted a welfare check at a mooring at Tunks Park, Cammeray.
“When officers attached to Sydney Water Police boarded the vessel, they found the bodies of a man and a woman, believed to be aged in their 50s or 60s,” NSW Pollice said in a statement on Thursday.

Fire and Rescue NSW personnel were called after fumes were detected on board.
Police were told the two people were spending Monday night on the boat and concerns were raised when they didn’t return.
A crime scene has been established and detectives are investigating.
