Two people have been found dead on a boat moored in Sydney’s north in mysterious circumstances.

The bodies of the man and woman were found on Wednesday night after emergency services conducted a welfare check at a mooring at Tunks Park, Cammeray.

“When officers attached to Sydney Water Police boarded the vessel, they found the bodies of a man and a woman, believed to be aged in their 50s or 60s,” NSW Pollice said in a statement on Thursday.
