Castle Hill: Three charged with murder over balcony death in Sydney’s north-west

Police have charged three people with murder after the death of a man following a fall from an apartment balcony.

Three people in their 30s have been charged with alleged murder following the death of a 44-year-old man who fell from a balcony at an apartment complex in Castle Hill, Sydney's northwest.

Two men and a woman have been charged with murder following a deadly fall from an apartment balcony.

Emergency services were called to a unit block at Castle Hill in Sydney’s northwest early on Sunday after reports a man had been heard shouting from a balcony.

A 44-year-old man was found with serious injuries in a garden outside the building and he could not be revived.

Police on Wednesday arrested a 38-year-old man at Castle Hill police station and charged him with murder.

Detectives searched a home in Woolloomooloo on Thursday and arrested a 30-year-old man and 34-year-old woman who were also charged with murder.

All three were refused bail and will appear in court on Friday.
