Ferny Grove body: Police investigating after person found dead in Brisbane bushland

Police are investigating after a body was found in outer suburban bushland.

Authorities were called Ferny Grove on Thursday night after receiving reports of a body being discovered.

Officers arrived at the scene in northwestern Brisbane around 6.30 pm and located the body.

A crime scene has been established.

Police are currently investigating whether the death is suspicious and have yet to release any identifying details.

“Lines of inquiry are being run out right now,” a Queensland Police spokesperson said.
