A young man has died in a motorbike crash in Melbourne’s southeast.

Police say the 21-year-old was travelling on Boundary Rd in Carrum Downs about 9.30pm on Sunday when he clipped a kerb.

The motorcyclist then hit a light pole before stopping under a tree.

The Narre Warren South man died at the scene.

“The investigation into the crash is ongoing,” police said.
