Motorbike rider killed in crash with car at St Ives

A man has died in a motorcycle crash on Sydney’s Upper North Shore overnight.
The man, who is yet to be formally identified, died when his motorcycle and a car collided at the intersection of Mona Vale Rd and Link Rd, St Ives about 7.30pm Saturday.
Paramedics treated the man but he could not be saved and died at the scene.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and will prepare a report for the coroner.
