During the exchange, which Gulson was engaged in while he was at home marking his student’s assignments, the teacher asked the teenager: “Do you find it hot your as old as some of my students?”
Gulson was quiet, and had no comment for media following the verdict as he walked out of court on Tuesday.

Following the hearing, magistrate Hugh Donnelly on Tuesday found the former teacher guilty.
The charge carries a maximum of 12 years imprisonment in NSW.
Gulson’s employment with Knox Grammar School was terminated in September after the allegations came to light.
He will be sentenced on March 20.
His conditional bail is to continue until sentencing.
