“Each episode involves a number of brutal sexual assaults,” Justice Dhanji said.
The court was told either Mr Abdul-Hamid or a co-accused, known only as BI, are alleged to have retrieved a hairbrush as the alleged attack unfolded.
Justice Dhanji said it was alleged the 17-year-old was sexually assaulted in the back seat of her car.
One of the co-accused allegedly asked Mr Abdul-Hamid at one stage “Do you wanna have a turn”, to which he replied “No I’m alright”.
Mr Abdul-Hamid was granted bail on Friday morning, with Justice Dhanji telling the court it was not alleged he had performed any of the sexual assaults.
“He might be found to be complicit and therefore responsible … for the offences as a result of his participation in a joint criminal enterprise,” he said.
“Alternatively, it may ultimately be put that if not party to an agreement, he was present at the scene, intentionally assisting, encouraging the principal offender or offenders.
“I do not propose to detail the allegations as set out in the crown case statement… It’s sufficient to observe that the crown case statement makes for difficult reading.”
The 17-year-old girl was at a Liverpool shopping centre on December 15 when she was approached by an unknown 16-year-old boy who struck up a conversation with her, police allege.
It is alleged the girl reluctantly allowed the boy into her car after he followed her to the vehicle, and he then allegedly sexually assaulted her before video calling his co-accused.
The 17-year-old girl allegedly agreed to drive the boy to a park in Sadleir, understanding he would get out of her car when they got there.
However, another two men got into the car and sexually assaulted the girl once they arrived at the park, police allege.
A fourth man allegedly joined them soon after and the alleged assault continued as the girl was driven around.
Police allege the group left the girl in her car about six hours later at 11.30pm.
She contacted a friend and reported the alleged attack to police.
